Tenant administration
Managing your organisation's senders and receivers. You will be taken to the Almond sign-in service and returned here.
People in your organisation
Invite people by email. Senders upload and share files; receivers only download what is shared with them.

A file key is released when a recipient opens a transfer. The count shows how many of their permitted downloads they have used.

Removing someone revokes their invitation and keeps the record — they cannot sign in again. If they are already signed in, that session keeps working for up to 24 hours, and files already shared with them stay shared. To erase their identity entirely, remove them first, then use Erase on their row.
Removed and Erased are different. Removed revokes the invitation and keeps everything else, and inviting them again restores access. Erased deletes their sign-in record and key wrappers — they stay listed so the record of their access remains, and Erase is not offered again because there is nothing left to delete. Send sign-in link mails a fresh link; it works whether or not they have set up a passkey yet.
Role is the role the system grants, taken from the recipient registry when the person was added. A role is fixed the first time an address is registered and a later invitation does not change it — so inviting somebody who is already registered will not move them between sender and receiver.
